If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or a different item of equal value, please read the following guidelines:
Eligibility for Exchange:
- Products must be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Exchanges are accepted only once per order.
- Certain items (like underwear, masks, vests, and other hygiene-related items) are non-exchangeable for health and safety reasons. Please refer to the product page for specific return/exchange exclusions.
How to Request an Exchange:
- Email us at hillsilverindia@gmail.com or call +91 99944 26711 within 7 days of delivery.
- Mention your Order Number and the reason for exchange.
- Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it to the following address:

Important Notes:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, the replacement will be shipped within 2–4 working days, subject to stock availability.
- If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer a store credit, as per your preference.
Cancellations on Exchanges:
Once an exchange request is initiated and processed, it cannot be canceled. If you decide not to proceed, you may opt for a return instead (if eligible).
