To return or exchange, all items must be sent back to us in their original, unworn condition with tags intact and the original product packaging in order to be eligible for a full refund.
Items not sent back in the requested state will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Please use a reliable courier service for return.
Once we receive the items, a refund will be initiated within a period of 2–3 working days via bank transfer or UPI.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal COD handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
We suggest sending the items via a courier with a functioning tracking number service.

Terms & Important Notes:
- We do not provide a replacement as a result of incorrect use, normal wear and tear, fading as a result of UV exposure, or damage caused by external factors such as stones, water, fire, etc.
Some items like bandanas, underwear, vests, masks, etc. are non-returnable due to health and hygiene reasons.
Please check the product pages for details. - For exchanges, if the requested size is not available, we will refund the applicable amount to your card/bank account/wallet.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled midway. In such a case, please refuse the delivery. If you have already received the order, please follow the return process as mentioned above.
