Ownership of Work<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-26b0386 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"26b0386\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>All code, designs, databases, technical documentation, and assets developed by the employee during their tenure remain the exclusive property of the Company.<\/p><p>Employees assigned as <strong data-start=\"1111\" data-end=\"1169\">Project Managers, Developers, Testers, or Coordinators<\/strong> are <strong data-start=\"1174\" data-end=\"1200\">personally accountable<\/strong> for safeguarding the integrity, completion, and proper handover of the project.<\/p><p>In the event of source code loss, data breach, or misuse of company-developed assets, the responsible employee(s) must:<\/p><ul><li><strong data-start=\"1407\" data-end=\"1432\">Accept full liability<\/strong>, and<\/li><li><strong data-start=\"1442\" data-end=\"1468\">Compensate the company<\/strong> for any financial damage or fines as determined by internal assessment.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-05f6da5 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"05f6da5\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-fd821c9\" data-id=\"fd821c9\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a80c98a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a80c98a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3.
